Leadership and Expertise

Adam Cronk has been involved in energy-efficient construction for over two decades – from New Zealand to the West Indies and throughout North America – as a designer, builder, and consultant. He has has always had an interest sustainability and efficiency, and he has worked on projects ranging from straw bale cabins to LEED certified municipal buildings. After taking one of the first Passive House courses run in Canada in 2011, he opened and ran a successful Passive House pre-fabrication facility in Picton, Ontario from 2014-2019.  Adam is a United Brotherhood of Carpenters journeyman and a Red Seal employer certified carpenter. He completed WUFI hygrothermal analysis training in 2015 and became a certified Passive House Consultant in 2021. He is a relentless advocate for energy-efficiency and building science, and he is excited to draw on his experience to support high performance and energy-efficient builders.
