Green Giant Design Build is the Canadian distributor for Jablotron Living Technology’s ventilation equipment. In addition to the Passive House-certified Futura ERV, we offer the CoolBreeze heat pump module, VarioBreeze zoning valves, and ducting. We collaborate with our clients on design and installation and are actively seeking installation partners.

GGDB is pleased to distribute Jablotron Living Technoly’s state of the art ventilation system. The Futura ERV, which is the brains of the system, pairs with the CoolBreeze for heating and cooling and the VarioBreeze for precise zoning control, giving you the ability to manage your indoor air quality room-by-room with very little energy input.

The Futura operates to an unprecedented -19℃ without pre-heating incoming air, making it ideal for high-performance buildings in the Canadian climate. The CoolBreeze heats and cools the freshly supplied air while the VarioBreeze provides targeted circulation based temperature, humidity, and C02 to ensure the air in each area of your space is always at optimal levels. To help clients prepare for a changing climate (including increased forest fires), GGDB offers an oversized filter box to capture fine particulate (including smoke) and reduce filter change frequency.

“We are so amazed at how fresh the air is in our Passive House with the Jablotron Futura. You can almost taste it when you breathe inside with the fresh air. Yet, it’s interior comfortable—like being in a coniferous forest after a rain.
